This course aims to equip you with both theory and practical skills in the management of software development and IS infrastructure. This course will help you understand the role and responsibilities of a software project manager; further enhancing your team management skills. 


Quality is the responsibility of every individual and embedded in every activity undertaken by the organization and is customer driven. The aim of the course is to build an understanding of the management of quality and the recognition of quality performance as a strategic goal in manufacturing and service companies. The course will provide an insight into issues of global competitiveness, quality planning, all integrated to successfully face today's business challenge.


Conflict is a part of life. This course explores how to develop the universal skill of negotiation. It explores the complexities of negotiations, by looking at how conflict is related and how temperaments and personality traits impact the process.


In this course, we introduce the concept of project management, discuss the role of project manager, identify and orient you with the issues related to planning the project, schedule and project control and evaluation and management of project team.


Risk is a profit maker or profit killer in business. This course teaches project managers how to identify risk, quantify its potential impact and create a plan to respond to the occurrence of risk events. In this course, you will work through the proactive approach to threat and opportunity.
