This course is an introduction to the concept of Entrepreneurship. It examines the factors that lead towards entrepreneurial success as well as the skills and behaviours necessary to be a successful entrepreneur.


This course covers the broad areas of planning, leading, organizing and controlling and spans classical to contemporary approaches to management thinking. More specifically topics and themes include: ethics, rationality, strategic frameworks and international business, HRM, organizational change and innovation.


This course is designed to provide you with a comprehensive view of International Business, its strategy, political and economic integration involved in International Trade. This course also discusses the various Entry Modes of Business in International market.


This course provides an overview of topics and concepts in the field of Organizational Behavior (OB). Emphasis is on developing a theoretical grasp of issues and problems and an understanding of practical implications of various theories of human behavior at work.


Conflict is a part of life. This course explores how to develop the universal skill of negotiation. It explores the complexities of negotiations, by looking at how conflict is related and how temperaments and personality traits impact the process.
