This course covers the growth and progress of the hospitality industry. Topics include tourism, lodging, resorts, gaming, restaurants, foodservice and clubs. The course provides you with an introductory approach to planning and executing meetings, special events and conferences.


This course presents the exciting career opportunities in the world’s largest and most dynamic industry. The broad scope of this text includes all the major industry segments in five parts: Hospitality, Tourism, and Travel, Lodging and Cruising, Food and Beverage Service Management, Club Management and Assemblies and Event Management.
