In this course, you will learn how to develop an estimate to be used for the competitive bidding of projects. It provides you with the entire Overview of the Estimating and Bidding Process along with different technologies that can be used in this process.
This course provides an introductory overview of the various materials used in construction. After receiving an introduction into fundamental principles of structural, physical and long-term performance, you would be able to learn about material and product manufacturing techniques and how they relate to mechanical and non-mechanical properties of the various materials.
This course which will cover managerial accounting applications including financial statement analysis, project/job cost analysis and cash flow analysis, internal accounting controls, that will most definitely enhance and further develop your construction management skills set.
